01Marketing operations · automation

Grow revenue without growing the team.

I automate the marketing work that eats your week — so your time goes to strategy and creative, not repetition. Twenty years in marketing means I already know what's worth automating. And I build it myself.

02The problem

The bottleneck isn't your strategy. It's everything you still do by hand.

Most small teams don't have an ideas problem. They have a capacity problem. The work that could run itself still runs through a person — and that person is usually you.

01

Your week disappears into repetition

Reposting, reformatting, chasing sources, copy-pasting between tools. None of it needs your judgment, but all of it needs your hours — the same hours that should go to strategy.

02

Growth means hiring, and hiring means overhead

More output shouldn't require more salaries. But without systems, the only way to do more is to add people — and every new hire adds cost, management and risk.

03

The "we should automate this" list never gets done

Everyone has one. It sits there because automating it properly takes time you don't have and skills split across two different people. So it waits.

03What I do

Three ways to work together, from a first look to an ongoing system.

Every engagement starts by understanding your actual process — not by selling you a tool. All three run asynchronously: written briefs, recorded walkthroughs, no standing meetings.

S1

Automation Audit — €600

Seven to ten days, fully async. You fill in a structured questionnaire and record a short screen capture of how you do the work today. I map where your time and your leads leak, then rank every fix by hours saved against effort to build. You get a written map — what to automate, in what order, what it's worth, and what isn't worth touching — plus a recorded walkthrough you can watch on your own schedule. The document is yours to keep, whether or not we build anything together. If you commission a build within 30 days, the €600 comes off the price.

S2

Build One — from €2,000

Three to four weeks, fixed price against a written scope. One automation, built end to end: scoped, connected to your tools, deployed, tested on your real data, and handed over with documentation you can actually follow. Weekly written updates. Handover is a recorded walkthrough, not a meeting. Includes 30 days of bug fixes after launch.

S3

Marketing Ops Retainer — from €1,200/mo

The system is live and I keep it that way — monitored, maintained, and extended as new tasks appear. Bug fixes are unlimited; improvement hours are fixed by tier. You get a written report each month covering what ran, what broke, where the hours went, and what I'd do next. Minimum three months.

04Proof · flagship case

Robonissa — an AI content system I designed, built and run myself.

The clearest proof of how I work is a product I built for my own brands and put into production. Not a prototype or a demo — a live system that runs every day without me touching it. If you want to see the thinking behind an engagement, this is it.

Status
Live and in production. Running on Kubernetes with automated deploys.
What it does
Turns one idea into six content formats — video, avatar, carousel and more — orchestrating several AI providers behind a single interface. A separate radar scans twenty sources daily and assembles a briefing. An inbound funnel captures leads from social comments by keyword, qualifies them through a short questionnaire, and hands each one over as a ready lead card.
What it replaced
Work that would otherwise need a small content team, a research assistant and a manual lead-handling process — collapsed into a system that runs on a schedule.
Built with
TypeScript, Node, Postgres, Redis, BullMQ, Kubernetes. Multiple AI providers behind one pipeline.

05How it works

From first email to a system that runs.

A typical build runs three to four weeks. You bring the process and the access; I bring the rest. Nothing here requires a calendar invite.

01

Map

You answer a structured questionnaire and record a short screen capture of the task as you do it today. Recordings show what descriptions miss — the extra steps nobody notices anymore. This is the audit, and it stands on its own.

02

Prioritize

Not everything is worth automating. I rank each opportunity by hours saved against effort to build, and we pick the one that pays back fastest. You get the reasoning in writing, so the choice is yours to check.

03

Build

I build the automation end to end — scoped, connected to your tools, tested, deployed. Weekly written updates, no status meetings. You see it working on your real data, not in a slide.

04

Hand over

It ships with documentation you can follow and a recorded walkthrough you can rewatch whenever someone new needs it. The system is yours. From here we either stop, or I stay on to maintain and extend it.

06How we work together

No meetings required.

The whole process runs on your schedule. A written questionnaire, a screen recording, updates by email, and walkthroughs you can watch — and rewatch — whenever it suits you. No calendar links, no calls that could have been an email, no time-zone arithmetic.

01

You write, I read

Structured questionnaires instead of discovery calls. More accurate, and they take you thirty minutes instead of ninety.

02

I record, you watch

Findings and handovers come as recorded walkthroughs. Pause them, rewatch them, forward them to whoever joins later.

03

Talk only if you want to

If you'd rather discuss something live, just ask and we'll set up a call. It's an option, never a requirement.

07About

Twenty years in marketing. Now I build the systems too.

I've spent over twenty years in marketing and e-commerce — running the strategy, the campaigns and the operations, in-house and hands-on. I know where marketing work actually breaks, because I've done all of it.

What changed is that I stopped handing the technical part to someone else. I learned to build the automation myself, with AI and code. That means there's no translation layer between the person who understands the marketing problem and the person who solves it — they're the same person. Nothing gets lost in the handoff, because there is no handoff.

Today I build these systems for small teams and founders who want to grow what they produce without growing their headcount — and I run my own product, Robonissa, on exactly the same principles.

08Get in touch

Tell me what's eating your week.

Email me one or two of the repetitive tasks that keep landing back on your plate. I'll tell you honestly whether they're worth automating — and if they are, what the first step looks like. No call needed to find out.
